RECIPE FOR FRIED CATFISH
Get some catfish and some cornmeal breading. Bread the catfish. Fry until done in very hot oil. A sprinkle of salt is nice right after they come out of the oil. You can eat the catfish when it cools off just a little. Cole slaw is a good thing to eat with the catfish. Be careful! Don't get burned. One splash of that hot oil and you're going to get a blister. Put some ice on the burn. Dry the area and put some ointment on the blister, then cover it with a band-aid. Take the band-aid off once in awhile to let some air in. You'll feel better in a few days. That's how it is with deep fried catfish.
